​The Education Committee works as the Social Sciences Student Union’s political board and consists of the chairperson of each department’s study council. The Education Committee functions as a link between the Social Sciences Student Union’s Presidium and the Study Councils and works to ensure and work actively for the students’ interests in education and student welfare matters.

The committee is led by a chairperson and a vice chairperson and meets about once a month. The Presidium of the Social Sciences Student Union and student representatives at faculty level are constantly co-opted.
