Several positions of trust and student representative positions are open for applications and will be elected at the Assembly meeting on October 6th. Whether you’re passionate about student representation, curious about how the union works, or simply looking for a new challenge — we’d love to see you apply!

Positions of trust: Submit your application through the designated form.

Student representative positions: Submit your application through the student representative form.


Application deadline: September 28th at 23:59


All applicants will be presented to the Assembly, and elections will take place in the meeting. Candidates are welcome to introduce themselves in person!


Missed the deadline? No worries — you can still put yourself forward at the meeting. Just let the Assembly Presidium know beforehand.

Students at Lund University have a lot of influence. Within the faculty there are more than 150 student representatives.​

The Social Sciences Student Union works tirelessly to ensure that your rights as a student are upheld. We work to improve the quality of education and to influence your education in several ways. We also organise social events where you can have fun and meet new people and professional development events to bring you closer to the job market.
The Social Sciences Student Union is one of the nine student unions at Lund University that work to secure the rights you have as a student. We work to monitor and improve the courses and help you if you encounter problems regarding your studies.
