The nominating council hereby announces the positions of trust at the Social sciences student union at Lund university for the year 26/27. The application is open, starting today and until March 4th for fulltimer and board member positions, and the remaining positions can be applied to until the 2nd of April.
Are you, or someone you know, perfect for one of the union’s positions of trust? Candidate, or nominate a friend! The positions you can apply for are: - Full-timer (4) - Board member (8) - Committee generals - Chairperson and vice chairperson of the education committee - Chairperson of a study council (9 study councils) - Student representatives at faculty and department level - SFS-FUM delegates - Auditors - Election committee - Nominating council - And many more... A link to descriptions of the different positions, as well as a post registry, can be found here! In order to candidate to an internal position of trust, you have to fill in this form! All members of the Social Sciences Student Union have the right to attend Assembly meetings, and partake in the discussions. Agenda and documents At the fifth meeting of the Assembly decisions for the dates for the Assembly election and the proposal to update the Equality Policy are taken. The progress report on the Political Action Plan is treated. This meeting also provides greater opportunity to treat other errands submitted by the board and ordinary members. These are however as always treated if time allows. It could propose something you want the student union to do, a new rule you want to implement, or an opinion you think that the student union should promote. All motions that are submitted receive a written response by the Board of the student union. Therefore, motions must be submitted no later than 10 business days before the meeting, i.e. latest February 12th. We encourage you to follow the student union’s Motions Template.
